This was not a good week at all. I had no energy, I pulled a muscle in my leg and couldn’t walk let alone exercise. Today I feel better but I have had major computer issues and since I started my online class yesterday I had to get it fixed. I still have time to get a short workout in. I was hoping to shovel the driveway, but my mom did that already. Oh well. I think yoga and some light weights will help me distress and calm down.
