For some reason this did not post on Monday. It’s sad, but fixed in a way.

I have been so busy this week, but I managed to be very active and dropped these 2 pounds without any planned exercise. My friends have been really great at getting me out and moving without realizing it. I think sometimes thats the best way to jump start things when your in a rut.
