Yes, I know it’s late. I have not been home this week at all and this is really the first time I have been able to write without feeling like my head was spinning. The good news this week is that I didn’t gain weight (I thought I would) The bad news is I didn’t lose anything, yep I’m still at 269.
Here is my monthly measurements.

Waist 43.5 in
Hips 54 in
Neck 15 in
Thigh 27 in
Upper Arm 16 in
Calf 18.5 in
I did lose some in my waist, but other then that not much changed. This month I plan on working a lot harder to lose weight as I am no where near where I want to be.
