I decided this morning to hop on the scale as I just all of the sudden felt better. Guess what I’m back down to 269. Yes, it was water weight that moved me up earlier this week and I’m thrilled. I’m still going to be good and get back on track with a new diet and some exercise. I really can not wait till it’s warmer and I can walk outside more. I’ve tried to, but it’s just so cold!
I was hoping to pick up a wii and some more DVD’s but I have no more money and I can’t afford it right now. Maybe soon, but I have so many bills I have to try to pay too. I’m sure I’ll figure out something I can stick to.
