I have been trying to think of a way to get myself motivated to exercise more. I just can’t seem to find anything to do it. I really wish I could afford my belly dance DVD’s but it seems that every time I get the money something comes up and I have to use it.  If it was warmer I would walk the dog, but I live in the middle of no where and when it’s cold there is wind and it’s really cold. I can’t bundle up and walk because of breathing issues. I really want spring!

Right now I’m just trying to move around more and hopefully I can keep losing a little at a time. Once the weather warms things hopefully will move faster and I’ll start dropping pounds. If you exercise how do you lose weight?
