Yes I’m a day late, sorry. I had a ton to do yesterday and didn’t get to it. The sad part is that I didn’t lose any weight, the good thing is that my jeans are looser, I attribute this to my new weight lifting plan. I’m gaining muscle and I’m okay with that. I figure after one or two weeks I should start seeing a decrease. I also only have 2 weeks left of classes, then I can go back to eating a little better, I try to eat healthy when I’m out, but it’s hard when there is not much close to campus or I need to eat and drive.
