I have decided that I am still not happy with my food intake. I want to eat less and with my diabetes I haven’t been able to. The problem is what I was told and what I see on diabetes help websites are 2 very different things. I think I’m going to try it the website way and see what happens. I want to lose weight, but with how much I eat I just can’t. I actually eat more now then I did before I was diabetic. Crazy right?

Right now I do have to finish what I have in my house. I can’t afford to throw it out, but by the end of next week I should be able to make the changes. I’m excited and I hope this will do me some good.
