This time I’m going a little extreme, I’m bringing my carbs down to about 20 a meal and I’m going to try to stick with it 7 days a week with one splurge meal. This isn’t a diet really its a lifestyle change. The main reason this is hard is that healthy food can cost a lot, but since the warm weather is here we are able to grow a lot of our fruit and veggies making eating healthier a lot less expensive.

I also decided that Monday is a good day to start the new diet so that I can get though Easter without stress. Yes if I had started this a few weeks ago, Easter would still be my splurge day, so it’s not really that bad. I could almost say the diet starts Sunday, but I won’t.
