I really haven’t lost much in pounds yet, I’m sad, but I am still motivated to do this. We all have our struggles and weight has always been mine. Over the last 3 years I have lost over 40 pounds and I’m happy, the last three months I have been busy and not doing what I really wanted to do when it came to my weight, that said I am at 270 pounds and this week I will try to lose at least 2 pounds.

Waist 44 in
Hips 55 in
Neck 15 in
Thigh 28 in
Upper Arm 15 in
Calf 18.5 in

I did gain in inches, but I’m also retaining a little water. My ankles are really swollen and this happens as the weather gets warmer. I’m working on fixing this and hopefully next month I won’t have to worry about it.
