I have noticed over the last few days that may clothing does not seem as tight as it was the last few weeks. I think I am finally losing weight again! I’m very happy and am really looking forward to the changes to come. Though I have not actually exercised this week much I have a little and I’ve been doing other activities so I think that has paid off well.
I also have been watching as close as I can what I eat. I have friends who don’t understand that I’m on a diet for my health, that I need to eat at set times because of my diabetes and that I’m not doing it to inconvenience them. I’m thinking I may just have to start saying no and staying home a little more. At least the guy I’m seeing kinda gets it.
I guess I will know how this all works for sure next month. I’m giving the new diet that long to work, until then I hope to get some really yummy recipes up for anyone who wants to know what I’m eating.
