Yes I’ve lost some weight this week, you’ll find out how much Monday, as long as I keep it up though the weekend! I have been busy changing my diet, adding and taking away things and I’ve been really good about what I eat and how much I eat. One thing I have been really watching is my fiber and protean intake as I have found I lose weight better and feel better with more fiber and I have more energy when I have more protean in my diet.
Exercising is a little bit harder, but I’m still trying. Today is suppose to be nice so I may just take the dog for a walk in a few minutes. Eventually I’m going to plug that treadmill back in and start using that. We don’t heat our basement and that is where we have the treadmill, so it’s just been too cold to use it. If I’m still here next winter I may move it upstairs so I can use it in the winter.
