I have decided to do a challenge each week for national fitness month. Join me and we can all do this together.
Week One Challenge:
- Walk 30-40 minutes at least 5 times this week
- Take one bad thing out of your life in regards to food, add one good thing.
I will be taking out pop/soda this week. I’m switching over to tea and water.
