I have not been very good this month, at posting and exercising. I have kept my weight down luckily but that means I haven’t lost anything at all. So I’m trying to get back on track, of course I always say that, then I end up doing something else, oh well.

Next weeks goal: 264

The good news is I have a new exercise DVD, the bad news is I have no where to use it. I think I need to clean!
