It’s been a while, I know. I’ve been dealing with some things and it’s effected everything.

The bad news is after 6 months I haven’t lost anything. I don’t know why you would think cutting back on what I eat and exercising more then I use to would result in something, but it didn’t.

So, time to start over and see what I can do. I know I’ve said this already, but this week is the official start. I know I won’t be able to do too much until September as I need to get work done to help my mom with some stuff, but after that I can try to put in more time. So right now I’m starting with simple things like weight lifting, yoga and stretching. After September I can take more time and start walking again.

Anyway on to the whole point of this post. The weigh in, as much as I hate to post this.
