I am pretty happy with myself this week. I did a test on one of the It Works! products and I have to say I’m happy with it. I took a look at the fat fighter pill this week. I didn’t work out, but when I had a large meal I took two of the pills as they say to do. Here is what happened.

Weight last week- 241lbs

Weight this week- 238lbs

Yes I lost weight! I even ate a huge pasta meal and all that fun stuff. I didn’t want to work out when I tried the pills because I wanted to see if they worked and it wasn’t a workout doing the job. Next week however I am going to start getting up early and working out. I have a friend that wants to lose weight for her wedding and I’m going to make her do it with me.

I’m excited as I was this weight last month, but as most people do I gained weight. Now I’m losing it. I’m really hoping that this year is the year I get under 200lbs. Wish me luck!

My goal weight next week- 235lbs
