This week has been crazy and I’m not eating well and I’m not exercising so of course I didn’t lose anything, I gained I’m hoping that next week will get me back to normal and I’ll start exercising again. I’m going to start with 20 minutes, 3 days a week. I hope.
Weight last week- 238lbs
Weight this week- 240lbs
I know it’s only 2 pounds and it could be stress and just a bad week to weigh in. If you’re a women you get what I mean. We will see how next week goes.
