I would love to say that over the last two weeks I have lost a ton of weight and feel amazing, but the truth is even though I did work out 3 times this week I didn’t do very well. I find every time I start exercising I get tired and very hungry. Unfortunately I am unable to afford the healthy food, more on that next week, but it is having a major effect on my weight loss as I’m trying not to eat much of the unhealthy and that’s just keeping me very hungry!

I am slowly getting energy back. I’m working on eating better but as I said it’s hard, but I know both a combination of good food and working out will help. I did apply for food stamps and I had an interview this week! I’m hoping that I get one of them, both would be nice so I can at least catch up on bills too. Stress I think is also a huge issue for me.
