<p>Yes what you see above is a banner for my new business. Remember a few months ago when I did a review for It Works!? Well, I decided to start selling it as I knew it was a product I could get behind! So now not only do I blog, sell home decor items and go to school, I now sell wraps. I&#8217;m really excited about it because I can actually say this is an amazing product that works. Most health products you really can&#8217;t do that with, at least in my experience. </p>
<p>Now I&#8217;m hoping this will also help me keep up with this blog, if you have read this blog at any point in time you know that I use to do a weekly weigh in, I use to have a new years post and all that fun stuff. Well this year I&#8217;m been depressed, very very depressed so now that I&#8217;m out of that problem, I think the sun coming back out is helping, I&#8217;m going to try to do this again. My first weigh in of the year will be Friday. I will share my weight loss from last year to that point and all that fun stuff. I also love the timing because I&#8217;m going to start using a few of the <a href="https://hollybrown.myitworks.com/Home">It Works products</a> too so you can follow my progress with those too!</p>

Instead I have eaten worse due to money issues, not exercised and last week I went back on insulin, gained 10 pounds and have now taken myself off again. </p>

<p>I’m not doing well, and that’s just the start. Money issues, stress and more OH MY! Yes, I know I really am not sure where I am going with anything, but I do figure that eventually I will either eat myself to death or get back on the ball. I’m really hoping it’s the latter as I would love to see summer and maybe even wear a bikini for the first time… Okay that probably won’t happen till next year anyway, but a girl can dream right?</p>
<p>So until then I will consider walking the dog, the is a small one in fact so really I’ll just be walking carrying the dog. Maybe that’s not such a good idea. I have some great Wii games and my step 360 I can use… maybe, just maybe I’ll chose one to do tomorrow.</p>
<p>Maybe if I do one day I can look like that! </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It seems lately, that as I work on eating better and exercising, that some of the pains and aches that used to bother me are not as noticeable as they used to be. I&#8217;ve noticed my <a href="http://migraineheadachesrelief.net/">migraine headaches</a> are not as prominent as they used to be. This may be because I have gotten my sugar under better control, or maybe because I have lost some weight. Whatever the reason it&#8217;s very hopeful to not have to deal with the pain and I believe I have been able to be healthier because of this.</p>
<p>I know for some that <a href="http://migraineheadachesrelief.net/symptoms.html">migraine symptoms</a> can really affect everyday life. I&#8217;ve been lucky I only got migraines occasionally and now very rarely. I was talking with someone the other day who told me that their migraines actually affect their ability to work out an exercise. I could understand why they would believe that and I told them that may be what they need to do is talk with their doctor, and see if there is a way to treat the migraine so that they can work out and lose weight.</p>
<p>Over the last couple of days since this conversation I have wondered if this is a problem for other people. I know it affected me and I&#8217;ve rarely had migraines, at least compared to some people. So I asked a few more people I knew and they said the same thing. I&#8217;m happy to know it wasn&#8217;t just me and I know I still have to deal with this as I still get migraines. But I have found a few tips and tricks online get through the pain and hopefully continue pain free.</p>
<p>How do you deal with your migraines? Do they come on before or after a workout or do they just appear at random times of the day?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have not exercised in over a week and before that it was a few weeks. I have no energy and my blood sugar has been very, very high so it’s been hard. It was down this morning but I had so much work to do that I couldn’t exercise. I hate it because when I have the time I can’t, but when I don’t my sugar seems to be in the range where I can. </p>
<p>I did have an interview last week and hopefully I get the job, I’m waiting on my second interview right now. I need the job and the insurance that will go with it. I’m just hoping it’s not too late. I’m worried about money and school and so much more it’s just crazy. I’m trying to do what I can to get things back to normal, but its not working very well. I am going to try to get more out there on this blog. I feel that I am ignoring it and I don’t like it. I will do a weigh in post tomorrow and try to get back on track. </p>

<p>I&#8217;m having a time with this move, it&#8217;s been harder then I planned but I think things are starting to come together and I&#8217;m looking forward to sharing more meals with you and other ways I plan to lose weight. right now I&#8217;ve been unpacking and doing homework so no exercise the last 2 weeks. I&#8217;ve also been sick so it actually works out.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have realized something. Just after I started this blog I started hanging out with my friends more. Until that point I had managed to lose 40lbs in about a year and a half. The last two years I have lost about 20 and it&#8217;s been a struggle. I know many of you are thinking, well everyone has a problem at some point, but I&#8217;m not trying to lose 20 or 30 pounds. I&#8217;m looking at 100 pounds!</p>
<p>I eat out more now then I did before and I&#8217;m not eating at my set times, that could be part of why my sugar is so crazy. No one seems to get that I need to sit down at 6 pm and eat. My friends eat when they are hungry, I however don&#8217;t have that luxury anymore.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m hoping that when I move it will get better, though I know school will get in the way a little, I don&#8217;t think it will be that bad. I&#8217;m excited, but I have now figured out my problem, my friends are keeping me fat.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I loved taking my walks last week and the week before. The helped me to relax and get my head on right for the day. I usually found that I could at least feel like things were okay once I was on my walk, now though it seems that the relaxing is gone and I&#8217;m just drained by the end of them. I actually took a nap a couple of days ago and today I really thought about it.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not sure what it is. Maybe I&#8217;m just stressed out over moving, yes if you have not heard I&#8217;m moving! I&#8217;m excited, but it seem that I just don&#8217;t have the energy to pack and clean and everything. I have a month and a half to get it all done and it&#8217;s just not working. I did get a little done today, but when I say little, I mean a garbage bag that 3/4 full and there is still a bunch of clutter on my desk.</p>

<p>Back to the walk. I&#8217;m not sure what I&#8217;m going to do to bring the spark back to my walks. I already listen to music, but maybe I shouldn&#8217;t and I should let myself think instead of listen. Of course I think I do that already as half the time my mind is on other things. I&#8217;m also thinking maybe I need to change where I walk, but really the picture above is the road I walk on. How much more relaxing can you get?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been <strong>trying to walk</strong> at least three times a week, I have been doing okay and I have gotten one in this week but took the last two days off to try to clean and pack some things. I have found that walking wears me out and I can&#8217;t do much after.</p>
<p>I do walk in the morning around 7:30am. It&#8217;s cool out and I found if I don&#8217;t do it then I just don&#8217;t do it. As I said the problem is that I&#8217;m tired after. I think it&#8217;s just I need a couple more weeks to get use to it, but I do notice that I in general have more energy when I wake up. The last two days I have had energy, but my blog <a title="Product Reviews" href="http://saveyspender.com/" target="_blank">Savey Spender</a> decided to crash on me and I&#8217;ve spent the last two days fixing it. So cleaning and packing did not get done. I thought about skipping my walk tomorrow, but I don&#8217;t want to so I will be <strong>walking</strong> tomorrow and I&#8217;ll see how my energy level is.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I hate summer, but I love summer all at the same time. This time of year is great for getting outside and taking walks out in the country. Unfortunately it&#8217;s also a time for swollen ankles and feet, at least for me it is. Over the last three days I have gained 15 pounds, lost 10 pounds and gained 15 again. Yes in a day! I know there should be something wrong wit that, but if you saw the size of my feet and legs you would understand.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m trying now to take walks in the morning when my feet are not so swollen, then in the late afternoon/evening I am putting my feet up. the last two days it&#8217;s worked better, I get up in the morning and am okay, but it&#8217;s later in the day that I have problems. I finally found a huge pillow thing to use for my feet and I&#8217;ll try that out today. I&#8217;m hoping that will work better as it will get my feet above my heart helping to get rid of the excess. I may also pick up some water pills to help too.</p>
<p>I hate dealing with this when trying to lose weight because you just don&#8217;t know what is really going on. At least this year I have my new <a href="http://www.mylossmygain.com/2011/04/06/salter-body-fat-body-water-monitor-scale-review/">body fat/water monitor scale</a> so I can see it&#8217;s water and not fat.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have decided my brother is spoiled. He has taken over our TV to use as a monitor for our computer so that he can play video games. That means I have been having some fun trying to remember the workouts on my Step360, let me tell you it&#8217;s been interesting! </p>
<p>I&#8217;ve decided to, for the time being use the Step360 for straight training and some cardio and then supplement using my treadmill and taking the dog for a walk to make up for the cardio, no it&#8217;s not the same, but since I can&#8217;t use the TV as all the computer stuff is in the way I have to make do where I can. I&#8217;m working on setting up another TV we have, but right now I have no remote so I can&#8217;t switch it to video mode at the moment and with my brothers graduation next week I just don&#8217;t have the extra to be buying a universal right now. I will get one eventually. </p>
<p>At least there is a bright side to this series of events, my brothers dog get to go for walks now and my brother can continue to be lazy while his dog stays in shape. At least the dog and I will be happy and healthy.</p>
