			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This week has been crazy and I’m not eating well and I’m not exercising so of course I didn’t lose anything, I gained I’m hoping that next week will get me back to normal and I’ll start exercising again. I’m going to start with 20 minutes, 3 days a week. I hope.</p>

<p>Weight this week- 240lbs</p>
<p>I know it’s only 2 pounds and it could be stress and just a bad week to weigh in. If you’re a women you get what I mean. We will see how next week goes.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am pretty happy with myself this week. I did a test on one of the It Works! products and I have to say I’m happy with it. I took a look at the fat fighter pill this week. I didn’t work out, but when I had a large meal I took two of the pills as they say to do. Here is what happened. </p>
<p>Weight last week- 241lbs</p>
<p>Weight this week- 238lbs</p>
<p>Yes I lost weight! I even ate a huge pasta meal and all that fun stuff. I didn’t want to work out when I tried the pills because I wanted to see if they worked and it wasn’t a workout doing the job. Next week however I am going to start getting up early and working out. I have a friend that wants to lose weight for her wedding and I’m going to make her do it with me. </p>
<p>I’m excited as I was this weight last month, but as most people do I gained weight. Now I’m losing it. I’m really hoping that this year is the year I get under 200lbs. Wish me luck!</p>
<p>My goal weight next week- 235lbs</p>

<p>So I&#8217;m still losing. I am really happy with my progress so far and I&#8217;m really excited because I&#8217;m finally moving my Step 360 down to my apartment. It&#8217;s a good thing too as the weather is starting to get really cold and I don&#8217;t want to have to try to go out and walk.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I have been moving and doing schoolwork and dancing around my living room for the last week or so and I have to say I am really happy with my progress this week. I want to keep working out and keep trying new things, but I know with winter coming it will be hard. The good news is I have my step 360 and my sisters Wii to play with so I think I&#8217;ll keep going. Lets just say I have not been this weight since I was just out of high school. I am really excited to keep going.</p>
<p>My Weight Last weigh in :252<br />
My Weight This week:242</p>
<p>Yes I have lost 10 pounds in the last month. I think it&#8217;s because I&#8217;m eating better, food really is a big part of all of it. I still want to exercise as that is going to help my blood sugar, but food is what can really help you to lose. Make sure you eat enough though. My scale tells me that today I need 1800 calories to keep my weight, so I&#8217;m going to aim for 1500 to lose weight.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This week has been interesting, I still have yet to exercise, but I am packing and cleaning and doing a lot of activities with friends, so in a way I am exercising!  I think that&#8217;s the problem with people today. They think that if they are not running, lifting weights or in a gym they are not exercising, but really everyday activities can help you lose weight. This is very true if you are obese or are always sitting. Any moving will burn calories!</p>

<p>I only lost a pound, but that&#8217;s okay. I lost something without even trying. The other thing I have noticed is I am not as hungry as I use to be. My mood I think has something to do with that, so if you find you eat a lot see what mood your in when you eat. You may just need a pick me up with some friends.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s only a pound, but insulin makes me hungry so I&#8217;m trying to work around that. I was down 2 pounds Monday, but oh well. The other problem is that our power is out and has been since early Thursday morning. I am writing this post thanks to a generator. Thinking I may just take a walk when I&#8217;m done with what has to be done online today since I don&#8217;t want to use all of our power supply on the computer!</p>

<p>I am happy to say that I have found a great thing this week. My lack of hunger. I have cut my eating back a lot and I&#8217;m hoping that when the weather gets warmer again it will help me cut back more! (currently it&#8217;s 50 degrees here with a high today of 59.)</p>

<p>Yes I lost another 2 lbs. I&#8217;m really very happy and I hope this continues. I didn&#8217;t get a chance to work out this week so I&#8217;m kinda sad about that, but I did do a lot of shopping and a lot of cleaning so I think that helped in my weight loss.</p>

I still want to start getting out more, but hey cleaning a whole house is a lot of work so I guess I&#8217;m okay with it.</p>

<p>Yes I lost the 2 lbs I was hoping too and I&#8217;m actually pretty happy about it. I already feel better so really I think I lost more fat or something (one can hope) because I do feel pretty good, now if I can just motivate myself to get housework and exercise done!</p>
