				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I officially have no clue what is going on with me. I have been eating better, but I gained my weight back! I’m frustrated, so tired and just ready to quit on everything. My job sucks and it’s way too much stress and finding one is even more stress.</p>
<p>It really doesn’t matter anyway as I won’t have my job much longer. I am not delivering enough so I will probably be fired next month. So happy right now that I didn’t move, though I may have had more energy, but the truth is I’m not very fond of the job anyway. </p>
<p>Anyway I’m not happy and that is the problem this week. The good news is I did work out today, the bad news is I probably ate the calories back. I also ended up taking a nap something I have not done in a long time and I’m still tired! </p>
<p>I digress….</p>

<p>Now you see why I’m pissed. How do I gain 3 pounds and eat better? I just don’t know what to do anymore. I’m actually hoping I do lose my job, maybe then I can start taking care of myself again. </p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay, it’s really not that hard, but when you drive 4 hours every day to work and they schedule you strange shifts and your diabetic and have to eat something every few hours, well that makes it a bit harder. </p>
<p>I have been working on trying to eat better and I’m doing an okay job at it. Sometimes though I forget to grab something from home or the store on my day off and then I end up having to stop somewhere. I did this yesterday. I got myself my lunch, I got myself my dinner, but I forgot my snack for the drive home. See my problem is that I’m starving when I get out of work so I like to have crunchy healthy snacks that will fill me up, but ones I can also still keep in my car, so I don’t forget them at work. I’ve been doing well with rice cakes and things like that, but I’m out this morning so I either try to make a quick stop at the store or I’ll end up at a fast food place, yes after almost 12 hours on my feet I don’t feel like stopping at a store. </p>
<p>My problem is a lack of time, a lack of sleep and too much stress. I’m starting to forget things and it’s not good. The good news. I am working on a new job that is closer and with much better hours. </p>

<p>This week had both good and bad. I am working on eating better. I have been avoiding my addiction to McDonalds and I am losing weight! There are a few reasons I have been back on track, one is all my meds are helping me feel better so I’m not tempted to be lazy and just eat my life away and I have found out my few years without insurance and money did take a toll on me. I now have minor kidney problems and really do need to get this weight off! </p>
<p>So here are this weeks results.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>My weight last weigh in </strong>243 </li>
<li><strong>My weight this week</strong> 241</li>
<li><strong>My goal for next week.</strong> 239</li>
</ul>
<p>Yes I met and exceeded my goal! All I have changed is eating out. I’m proud of myself and I’m really hoping that I can kick start this weight loss again. I’m also starting to look for a different job as I don’t think I’m getting my transfer, the 4 hour drive 5 days a week is just taking way too much time from my life. </p>

<p>So I am not doing well since February, but I have gone back on insulin and that has always me me gain weight. The good news is my sugar is stabilizing and my energy is up, though not today, but I will try to get a workout in later today, first I need some healthy food before the stores get busy!   </p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So this week I planned on getting up and working out. That did not work and I’m so tired of falling backward. The good news is that I am keeping myself from stopping at McDonalds for snacks, I only went once this week. </p>
<p>So I’m making a new plan. I will work out on my days off. That’s it. I do a lot of walking at work so I do get moving there, and it does very a bit so I still feel like I’m getting something out of work. </p>
<p>I am going to try to do some weight lifting on the days I work. It’s 5 minutes or so, but every little bit helps. I’m also hoping I can transfer so that I can start working out more, this 4 hour drive every day is just starting to suck!</p>

<p>The last few weeks have been so crazy. I have been to the doctor and had blood work done and I found out that everything is good! That is so amazing being I had been trying to control my diabetes on my own for a few years. Of course my blood sugar was and still is a small issue, but I knew it would be and it’s getting better. </p>
<p>With the good news I got today the bad news was easier to take and I now have the energy to do something about it. Yes, I got a real workout in today! 20 Minutes of <a href="http://www.amazon.com/s/?_encoding=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;field-keywords=zumba&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;tag=abcsoffinedes-20&amp;url=search-alias%3Daps" target="_blank">Zumba on the wii</a><img style="border-bottom-style: none !important; margin: 0px; border-left-style: none !important; border-top-style: none !important; border-right-style: none !important" border="0" alt="" src="https://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=abcsoffinedes-20&amp;l=ur2&amp;o=1" width="1" height="1" /> and I feel amazing. It wasn’t that hard to get back into and I’m hoping I can make myself get up 20 minutes early to work out in the morning. </p>
<p>The bad news was I have gained a lot of weight back, but with my increased energy I am hoping I can lose it again. So here are my stats this week. </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>My weight last weigh in </strong>235 </li>
<li><strong>My weight this week</strong> 244 </li>
<li><strong>My goal for next week.</strong> 242 </li>
</ul>
<p>I know this is going to be hard, it’s going to take a lot for me to get up earlier. I know 20 minutes doesn’t seem like much, but when you work 40-45 hours a week and have a 4 hour drive round trip it is a lot. I’m going to make myself do it and I hope sometime this month I’ll get transferred so I don’t have to do that drive and be <a href="http://www.mylossmygain.com/2013/04/02/a-mcaddition-choking-weight-loss/">tempted by McDonalds</a>. Yes, I caved yesterday and a few days before that. I really need to stop. </p>

<p>Yes I know I need to do it, but my work schedule is messed up this week, so I am not at home and have no scale, so I really can’t do anything! I will however get the Monthly weigh in done next week. </p>
<p>So, good news is I now have insurance. I got blood work done this week and get to see the doctor Wednesday! Is it sad that I am jumping up and down to go to the doctor? I don’t think so I really want to take care of myself right and I have not been able to. </p>

<p><strong>I have an addition: McDonalds</strong>, I drive 2 hours one way to work and most of the time I find myself pulling into a McDonalds. I crave those chicken nuggets and snack wraps year around. During the winter it’s the broccoli cheese soup that always gets me. This is not a new addiction, though I have not talked about it, but I have figured out that it is a huge problem and one that I am really going to have to work on. </p>
<p>Now I have lost weight, but here is my other dilemma, I associate driving with eating. This is because I have always driven to work/school and it’s long distance so I have always had to stop for lunch or dinner. I know this is an issue and it’s something I need to work on. Now I’m actually stopping for all three meals and sometimes all of them in the same day. This of course has hindered my weight loss and I find myself yelling <strong>“I HAVE TO STOP!”</strong> but then I just go grab myself another 20 piece nugget for a snack. Yes I said 20 piece. </p>
<p>I’m also an emotional eater and I have a sales job, when I don’t make sales I feel like I’m a failure and I eat. I know it’s a problem, but am still not sure how to change it, though I know <strong>skipping the McDonalds would be a good idea</strong>, I just can’t get away and I find that I hate myself when I’m done eating, but it’s feels so good at the time. </p>
<p>I have tried to bring snacks in my car with me, but I find that they are just not working. I’ve tried nuts and fruit and snack packs with healthy options, but they just don’t do it and I find myself pulling in. </p>
<p>The good news is that since my work keeps me on my feet I am not gaining a ton of weight, but I know it’s keeping me from losing and is not healthy for me! I want to be healthy! I also want to lose weight, not just sit here for <strong>a few moments of McBliss</strong> as I eat 20 nuggets or a big mac.</p>

<p>I have been feeling horrible for the last week. I am home sick again today with the flu and I find I can’t sleep, so I am making myself be a little productive and getting my weigh in post done. </p>
<p>So I hate to say it, but I didn’t do a damn thing this week, I ate out and worked, oh and was sick, so I didn’t gain, but I didn’t lose either!</p>

<p>I will try again this week to lose something. I hope I start to feel better as the weather is getting nicer and that means I’ll have more motivation to work out.</p>

<p>I have had a week, I was sick, depressed and wishing that I had more energy. I have found some of that energy and it’s proof that I need a new job or to transfer to a closer location. I have been so tired and I think it’s because of the extra 20-25 hours a week I put in with my drive. </p>
<p>I did apply to a new job and I’m working on a transfer. At this point it’s whoever grabs me first. I need more time and I need to exercise! </p>
<p>So for the good news. I did lose some weight this week. Thanks to being sick. </p>

<p>So yes I have not been doing well. I gained a few times and lost some a bit this month, but I am trying to keep up with my weigh in’s. I need to start losing again. </p>
