			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This week I have not worked out much. I got two workouts in, but I just have not found something I liked and I’ve been depressed. Lets just say chocolate has been a good and bad friend this week. </p>
<p>The good news!</p>
<p>My weight last week 227</p>
<p>My weight this week 226</p>
<p>My goal weight next week 223</p>
<p>Yes I know I’m going to try to lose 3 pounds next week. I hate to say it, but I applied for food stamps and if I get them next week I can buy healthy food! Also I’m going to get myself out and at least walking in the mornings. I also hope to do a bigger workout in the afternoon. </p>
<p>More good news. I have an interview for a full time job (would be my first) on Tuesday. If I get that I will have to stop the afternoon exercises so I want to start the habit of a morning walk now as my work hours will be 8-6. </p>
<p>Bad news… yes there is bad news. My blood sugars are back up, but if I can keep up the exercising and get the job (that has insurance) then I can get back on medication and get it back down. My goal though is to keep losing weight and get off the meds as soon as I can. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This last month has been crazy. A month ago I was picking out classes to take this spring only to find out that because of cuts to student loans I couldn’t take classes. That led me to my move last week and me now being back at my mom’s looking for work and more in debt then when I left. It’s been stressful, but I’m hoping to find something. After I finish this post I’m going to work on a test for a call center job. Not sure how I’ll do at a job like that, but it’s full time and has benefits, something this diabetic desperately needs!</p>
<p>So the whole point of that is that I’m stressed out and I’m not sure what I’m going to do about it. I pulled something in my back so I haven’t been able to workout, move the boxes still sitting in my living room or clean anything, so that’s extra stress. The good news is that today it feels better, not good, but better and I may just try taking a walk. </p>
<p>The good news is moving burns a lot of calories and I still managed to lose weight! How did I do?</p>

<p>As you can see I didn’t make my goal this month, but I’m still happy with my progress. I lost 5 pounds! That’s something and I’m going to stay positive about it. I think I would have lost more if I had been able to work out this week. Hopefully I can start again next week. My worry is a 30 minute walk will not compare to 30 minutes of Zumba, but right now I can’t do anything about it. I don’t have a Wii anymore! Once I start working I may look into one though. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I managed to move Saturday and since it was only me and my mom for most of it, I was a little sore. I started feeling better yesterday until I pulled something in my back moving boxes. Now I can hardly move at all and I think exercising this week is not going to happen. I’m depressed and not doing well at all. </p>
<p>I’m going to try to keep my calorie intake down so that I can at least maintain my weight, but I eat when I’m bored and I can’t do anything! I don’t even know if I can read a book because the pain goes up to my neck and down my arm. I’m hoping tomorrow is better. I don’t have insurance or a job so I’m not going to a doctor. I’m looking for work, but if they call there is no way I can do an interview. This just overall sucks! </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I did some searching the other day for what weight I should be looking at and guess what my goal of 150 is good and in the range, but in the higher end of my range. I’m thinking my goal should be about 140. I’m not changing my goal though, I want to see how I look and feel at 150 first. Then I will decide if I want to lose those last 10 pounds and since they say the last 10 can be the hardest, I figure it would be a great thing to blog about!</p>
<p>I checked my ideal weight at this website: <a href="http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/ideal-body-weight-3146-143.html?2,5,7,229,1">Health Central</a>. If your not sure what your ideal weight should be, you might want to take a look. I like this calculator because it not only ask your height, but your current weight and your bone size. I found out I’m actually small boned. I always thought I was big boned, but my fingers overlap a lot! So I’m happy to say I’m small boned. </p>
<p>Did you check out what weight your suppose to be? Are you there or not?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This week has been a little crazy. I did get three workouts in, but will not get the fourth done. I will be moving instead so really I guess I am getting a workout in right!? I feel pretty good this week. I’ve had more energy and I have been able to concentrate more. I think it’s a combination of the workouts, eating better and the thermofit from it works. (shameless plug, sorry!) </p>
<p>So how did I do this week?</p>
<p><strong>My weight this week: 229</strong></p>
<p><strong>Goal for next week:</strong> 227</p>
<p>Yes! I made my goal this week, though I was hoping that I would lose a bit more, see I weigh myself daily because it makes me keep track of what I’m doing. The good news is this week once I lose the 2 pounds I stayed there… That was Monday so I had high hopes. I think though that having to eat what I had in the house and not buy more food did not help my weight loss. I also started minor weight lifting again so that may have something to do with it. We will see next week when I do my monthly weigh in!</p>

I did make sure to spend some time with friends that live here where I currently am before I leave and this has not caused any issues with my weight loss. What I am worried about is finding something that will keep my interest once I move. </p>
<p>I’m thinking of joining Netflix and getting Zumba on DVD. I think that would be a really great way to keep doing something I like without the Wii, but at the same time I am not sure it will have the same effect. That’s why I want to join Netflix so I can pick and choose workouts. It’s a thought and one I have had before, but didn’t end up working out much. </p>
<p>I know I will be doing at least one walk when I move. I want to see how far I can walk now. Since I am moving back to where I lived before it’s a great test to see how far I have come in the last 8 months. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This week has sucked. I only got two workouts done. I found out Monday I have to move next week and I had to finish my finals. Needless to say I was stressed and I ate way too much! </p>
<p>The good news is below. </p>
<p><strong>My weight this week: 231</strong></p>
<p><strong>Goal for next week:</strong> 229</p>
<p>Yes, the good news is I didn’t gain anything! I attribute it to the Thermofit from ItWorks that I’ve been using, but it’s still too early to decide that. The bad news is I only have two weeks to lose a lot more weight. I’m hoping, but now that I’m moving I can’t Zumba anymore. The Wii is my sisters and it’s staying here, while I’m moving 2 hours away. Maybe once I start working I can get one and start up again. Until then I’ll be going for walks in the am. I’m going to try to get up early and do it. </p>
<p>I do have one more week with the Wii though, so I’m hoping I can drop a few pounds next week. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes, we have all heard about them, pills that help you lose weight. If you read this blog a lot, you know that in January I signed up with a company called ItWorks! I have been very happy with the products I have tried and I’m hoping to be able to try many more soon. </p>
<p>One I just started using is the thermofit. This is suppose to help give you energy and help you lose weight. So far I have lost a couple of pounds, I have only worked out once since starting the pills as I found out I have to move back to my mom’s in two weeks. Something I’m not very happy about, but I can’t do anything about it. The good news is I will work out today, tomorrow and Saturday! </p>
<p>I’m going to try to share my experiences with you all regarding this pill, so far energy is great and the pills smell amazing!</p>
<p>So that’s my update today. I’ll let you know how these pills work. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This week we had Easter and I went nuts. So I found I also had a few problems getting the sugar cravings under control again. I think yesterday I finally did it! Today I for sure did as I went out and bought me some dark chocolate. It’s not sweet, but more bitter and I prefer the taste. </p>
<p>I also did not work out 3 days this week so my weight loss is not where I want it to be. The good news is I still lost!</p>
<p><strong>My weight this week: 231</strong></p>
<p><strong>Goal for next week:</strong> 229</p>
<p>I’m excited as I’m sure next week I will be in the 220’s! I haven’t been in the 220’s since 2001! I’m excited and I’m looking forward to losing so much more. I’m almost to my high school weight and then I hope to be about 50 pounds under that very soon!</p>
