I&#8217;ve been checking this on a friends scale and have decided I really need a scale that checks all of this. Maybe one day!</p>

<p>Waist 43 in<br />
Hips 52.5 in<br />
Neck 15 in<br />
Thigh 27.5 in<br />
Upper Arm 16 in<br />
Calf 18 in</p>
<p>Next weeks goal 260lbs</p>

		<title>A Huge Diet Change</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have really changed up my diet the last few weeks and it&#8217;s paying off. I have more energy, at least when it&#8217;s not really hot out and I&#8217;m losing weight faster. I&#8217;ve gone to very low carb to help control my blood sugar and though I do get some carbs I&#8217;m cutting out most pasta, sugar and bread products. I still eat fruit, yogurt and some cereal but only with lots of fiber to counter act the carbs. </p>
<p>So far I&#8217;m happy with the change and it&#8217;s been easier then I thought, though living with my mom who loves her carbs can make it hard it&#8217;s not too bad. I do allow myself to splurge still so I can have the occasional pizza or cake, but only once a week. </p>
<p>I&#8217;ve also made a change on this blog, I am now going to weigh in on Friday. I&#8217;ve found that my weekend schedule seems to add on water weight as usually by Wednesday I drop a few pounds only to put it back on Saturday and Sunday. I&#8217;m mostly doing this so I can track my real weight loss. So look for my weigh in post tomorrow!</p>

<p>Good news is I did manage to lose some weight these last few weeks. Not much, but at least I lost!</p>
<p>My Weight- 264<br />
Next weeks goal-262</p>
<p>I think once everything gets back to normal I&#8217;ll start losing more. Wish me luck.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I started using the <strong>Belly Dance Slim Down DVD</strong> a few years ago and I loved it. I also lost 10 pounds in about a month and a half using it, then I stopped gained weight and have been looking for this DVD ever since. I finally found it a few weeks ago and Monday I decided it was time to start using it again.</p>
<p>I have to say I missed this DVD <em>Neena and Veena</em> are amazing instructors and I find that I don&#8217;t get bored with this DVD, yes it&#8217;s not brand new and hot, but it does a great job and makes me feel sexy and wonderful. That is a great workout DVD. The moves are not too advanced but I would recommend for someone just starting out to take a week to learn the moves before judging the DVD. Belly Dancing is not easy, but it&#8217;s not very hard either.</p>
<p>I would recommend this video to anyone who loves dancing or someone who may want to empress their husband or boyfriend with some belly dance moves. I lost weight with it and I&#8217;m sure most people who use it regularly will too. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently I was asked to <a href="http://saveyspender.com/2010/07/20/tumaros-tortillas-review/">review Tumaro&#8217;s Tortillas</a> on my <a href="http://www.saveyspender.com">giveaway blog</a> and I loved them so much that I had to share them with you here. <a href="http://www.tumaros.com/">Tumaro&#8217;s Tortillas</a> come in a few different variates but the one I received was a low carb multi-grain tortilla and I was very impressed with them. Not only are they low carb, but they taste good and fill you. They are low carb because they have a ton of fiber, you know the stuff that fills you up without adding a bunch of carbs and calories. I love fiber! Anyway, I used these <strong>tortillas</strong> for everything from breakfast and lunch wraps to baked chips.</p>
<p>I love this product and I think anyone looking to lose weight will too, you can find these tortillas in health food stores nationwide or you can check out their website to order directly from them.</p>
<p><strong>Lunch Idea</strong></p>
<p>Turkey and Lettuce Wrap</p>
<p>1- Tumaro&#8217;s tortilla</p>
<p>1 tablespoon ranch</p>
<p>1 cup shredded turkey breast or deli style turkey breast</p>
<p>1 leaf of Romain lettuce</p>
<p>1 cucumber sliced into long pieces</p>
<p>Add all of the ingredients into the tortilla and roll up for a nice crunchy fiber and protean filled lunch!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This last week was very, very strange, I lost a good amount of weight and I wasn&#8217;t sick, just very very happy. I always thought that my mood was a contributing factor to my weight, but until last week I didn&#8217;t realize how much. Now I&#8217;m trying to stay upbeat and happy so that I can hopefully lose more. </p>
<p>My Weight- 265<br />
Next weeks goal-263</p>
<p>Yes I lost 6lbs in a week, actually I was at one point down to 264, but I gained a pound back, that&#8217;s okay though. So I know I was suppose to do all of my measurements today, but I can&#8217;t find my measuring tape. Good think I&#8217;m spending the next few days cleaning maybe I&#8217;ll get lucky and find it. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s been a while, I know. I&#8217;ve been dealing with some things and it&#8217;s effected everything. </p>
<p>The bad news is after 6 months I haven&#8217;t lost anything. I don&#8217;t know why you would think cutting back on what I eat and exercising more then I use to would result in something, but it didn&#8217;t. </p>
<p>So, time to start over and see what I can do. I know I&#8217;ve said this already, but this week is the official start. I know I won&#8217;t be able to do too much until September as I need to get work done to help my mom with some stuff, but after that I can try to put in more time. So right now I&#8217;m starting with simple things like weight lifting, yoga and stretching. After September I can take more time and start walking again. </p>
<p>Anyway on to the whole point of this post. The weigh in, as much as I hate to post this. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have not been very good this month, at posting and exercising. I have kept my weight down luckily but that means I haven&#8217;t lost anything at all. So I&#8217;m trying to get back on track, of course I always say that, then I end up doing something else, oh well. </p>

Next weeks goal: 264</p>
<p>The good news is I have a new exercise DVD, the bad news is I have no where to use it. I think I need to clean!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I still have not had much luck. I&#8217;m still going to keep trying, but I know 4lbs lost in 6 months is sad, very very sad. I just don&#8217;t know what else to do. I&#8217;m too dang busy and everyone just pulls me around like a rag doll. I want to step stuff up, but I have no money, I have a lack of will power right now and I just am plain depressed and stressed over everything. This week I don&#8217;t have time to work out at all, I just don&#8217;t so I&#8217;m not expecting much my goal this week reflects that as really I will be happy just to stay the same weight. </p>

<p>I of course am no longer trying to lose 100lbs by December. It&#8217;s not going to happen, I am not sure what my goal for that date will be, but I think I&#8217;m going to still try to lose 100lbs. I have a class reunion next year and this will be my new 100lbs goal. I don&#8217;t know when it is yet, but I&#8217;m assuming it will be summer or later. so I have a new year long goal to lose 100 lbs by June 2011. Wish me luck. </p>
