			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It seems lately, that as I work on eating better and exercising, that some of the pains and aches that used to bother me are not as noticeable as they used to be. I&#8217;ve noticed my <a href="http://migraineheadachesrelief.net/">migraine headaches</a> are not as prominent as they used to be. This may be because I have gotten my sugar under better control, or maybe because I have lost some weight. Whatever the reason it&#8217;s very hopeful to not have to deal with the pain and I believe I have been able to be healthier because of this.</p>
<p>I know for some that <a href="http://migraineheadachesrelief.net/symptoms.html">migraine symptoms</a> can really affect everyday life. I&#8217;ve been lucky I only got migraines occasionally and now very rarely. I was talking with someone the other day who told me that their migraines actually affect their ability to work out an exercise. I could understand why they would believe that and I told them that may be what they need to do is talk with their doctor, and see if there is a way to treat the migraine so that they can work out and lose weight.</p>
<p>Over the last couple of days since this conversation I have wondered if this is a problem for other people. I know it affected me and I&#8217;ve rarely had migraines, at least compared to some people. So I asked a few more people I knew and they said the same thing. I&#8217;m happy to know it wasn&#8217;t just me and I know I still have to deal with this as I still get migraines. But I have found a few tips and tricks online get through the pain and hopefully continue pain free.</p>
<p>How do you deal with your migraines? Do they come on before or after a workout or do they just appear at random times of the day?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I&#8217;m not half as tired as I was yesterday and I have found the amount of energy I have is wonderful.  I think I just needed a little extra sleep since I didn&#8217;t sleep much the night before.</p>
<p>As for my weight loss. I didn&#8217;t lose anything, yep I worked out yesterday followed the diet and didn&#8217;t lose a thing. This is not a bad thing as I have noticed my pants are loser then what they were and we all have to remember muscle weighs more then fat so the scale is not always the best way to measure things and what we are trying to see is if I can lose a jean size in a week not lose 20 pounds.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m still looking forward to my workout today. I&#8217;ve found they are fun and even though I am still doing the easy version of the workout I&#8217;m okay with that. I know that after this week and probably another two weeks or so I should be ready to up my workout to the more advanced moves. That is one thing I like about this the <a href="http://www.step360.com">Step360 program</a>. If your looking for a great long term investment this is it. There is so much that comes with it, for this week I&#8217;m only using one of the DVD&#8217;s I still have 3 more to play with after this week and I can continue my weight loss efforts without having to buy more DVD&#8217;s</p>
<p>My Breakfast Today:  Cottage Cheese Parfait</p>
<h4><strong>Cottage Cheese Parfait</strong></h4>
<p>Scoop 3/4 cup of 1-2% cottage cheese into a cereal bowl and top with 1 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries and 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or Slivered almonds.</p>
