			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It seems lately, that as I work on eating better and exercising, that some of the pains and aches that used to bother me are not as noticeable as they used to be. I&#8217;ve noticed my <a href="http://migraineheadachesrelief.net/">migraine headaches</a> are not as prominent as they used to be. This may be because I have gotten my sugar under better control, or maybe because I have lost some weight. Whatever the reason it&#8217;s very hopeful to not have to deal with the pain and I believe I have been able to be healthier because of this.</p>
<p>I know for some that <a href="http://migraineheadachesrelief.net/symptoms.html">migraine symptoms</a> can really affect everyday life. I&#8217;ve been lucky I only got migraines occasionally and now very rarely. I was talking with someone the other day who told me that their migraines actually affect their ability to work out an exercise. I could understand why they would believe that and I told them that may be what they need to do is talk with their doctor, and see if there is a way to treat the migraine so that they can work out and lose weight.</p>
<p>Over the last couple of days since this conversation I have wondered if this is a problem for other people. I know it affected me and I&#8217;ve rarely had migraines, at least compared to some people. So I asked a few more people I knew and they said the same thing. I&#8217;m happy to know it wasn&#8217;t just me and I know I still have to deal with this as I still get migraines. But I have found a few tips and tricks online get through the pain and hopefully continue pain free.</p>
<p>How do you deal with your migraines? Do they come on before or after a workout or do they just appear at random times of the day?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have noticed over the last few days that may clothing does not seem as tight as it was the last few weeks. I think I am finally losing weight again! I&#8217;m very happy and am really looking forward to the changes to come. Though I have not actually exercised this week much I have a little and I&#8217;ve been doing other activities so I think that has paid off well. </p>
<p>I also have been watching as close as I can what I eat. I have friends who don&#8217;t understand that I&#8217;m on a diet for my health, that I need to eat at set times because of my diabetes and that I&#8217;m not doing it to inconvenience them. I&#8217;m thinking I may just have to start saying no and staying home a little more. At least the guy I&#8217;m seeing kinda gets it. </p>
<p>I guess I will know how this all works for sure next month. I&#8217;m giving the new diet that long to work, until then I hope to get some really yummy recipes up for anyone who wants to know what I&#8217;m eating. </p>
