			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am pretty happy with myself this week. I did a test on one of the It Works! products and I have to say I’m happy with it. I took a look at the fat fighter pill this week. I didn’t work out, but when I had a large meal I took two of the pills as they say to do. Here is what happened. </p>
<p>Weight last week- 241lbs</p>
<p>Weight this week- 238lbs</p>
<p>Yes I lost weight! I even ate a huge pasta meal and all that fun stuff. I didn’t want to work out when I tried the pills because I wanted to see if they worked and it wasn’t a workout doing the job. Next week however I am going to start getting up early and working out. I have a friend that wants to lose weight for her wedding and I’m going to make her do it with me. </p>
<p>I’m excited as I was this weight last month, but as most people do I gained weight. Now I’m losing it. I’m really hoping that this year is the year I get under 200lbs. Wish me luck!</p>
<p>My goal weight next week- 235lbs</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes I know this post should have been done a few weeks ago, but I was very depressed and just forgot all about the year end stuff. I’m not exactly sure what was wrong, but I am starting to get back to normal again. </p>
<p>This year I lost some, gained some and lost it again, but my overall progress is good, though I really didn’t lose much overall. Even if I don’t lose 100 pounds this year, but I still stay on the same track I will still have less the 100 to lose next year. Again I would love to lose 100 in a year, but I don’t think it’s going to happen and that is why the title of this blog is not My Loss My Gain: My Quest to lose 100 pounds in a year, but just My Loss My Gain: My Quest to lose 100 pounds. </p>
<p>I have also changed my goal as I’ve lose weight. This year its changing to a more healthy range and will stay there for the rest of my journey. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have not exercised in over a week and before that it was a few weeks. I have no energy and my blood sugar has been very, very high so it’s been hard. It was down this morning but I had so much work to do that I couldn’t exercise. I hate it because when I have the time I can’t, but when I don’t my sugar seems to be in the range where I can. </p>
<p>I did have an interview last week and hopefully I get the job, I’m waiting on my second interview right now. I need the job and the insurance that will go with it. I’m just hoping it’s not too late. I’m worried about money and school and so much more it’s just crazy. I’m trying to do what I can to get things back to normal, but its not working very well. I am going to try to get more out there on this blog. I feel that I am ignoring it and I don’t like it. I will do a weigh in post tomorrow and try to get back on track. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know I haven&#8217;t posted much this week, but it&#8217;s been a crazy one as my brother graduated from high school yesterday and today is his open house.</p>
<p>I am happy to say that I have found a great thing this week. My lack of hunger. I have cut my eating back a lot and I&#8217;m hoping that when the weather gets warmer again it will help me cut back more! (currently it&#8217;s 50 degrees here with a high today of 59.)</p>
<p>Once again I have great news this week!</p>

<p>Yes I lost another 2 lbs. I&#8217;m really very happy and I hope this continues. I didn&#8217;t get a chance to work out this week so I&#8217;m kinda sad about that, but I did do a lot of shopping and a lot of cleaning so I think that helped in my weight loss.</p>

I have not really had a good chance to exercise and I&#8217;m not happy about it, but I have been doing housework and other extras that I think have made up for it. I also have been trying to cut back what I eat so it&#8217;s not too bad. I still want to start getting out more, but hey cleaning a whole house is a lot of work so I guess I&#8217;m okay with it.</p>

<p>Yes I lost the 2 lbs I was hoping too and I&#8217;m actually pretty happy about it. I already feel better so really I think I lost more fat or something (one can hope) because I do feel pretty good, now if I can just motivate myself to get housework and exercise done!</p>

<p>Yes, I gained a pound this week, but I think it&#8217;s muscle, I&#8217;m not sure though as I didn&#8217;t check all of that information last week.</p>
<p>The good news is I received my replacement step360 in the mail yesterday and I&#8217;m excited to start using it again. For those of you who have contacted me about it I had a very good experience with them and the product and I do recommend it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This week I am not happy with myself. I splurged too much and because of that I gained weight. I also only got two workouts in because I could not get a hold of the TV and I had very high blood sugar and could not work out safely.</p>
<p>That said I am still trying, it&#8217;s a small set back and may not be as bad as it looks. My paints still feel lose and I may have gained some muscle. We will find out in February when I measure I guess. I really do need to invest in a scale that reads body fat and all that fun stuff.</p>

Monday was my birthday and I didn&#8217;t plan on exercising that day, but it turned out to be a horrible day and I cried for half of it, and it didn&#8217;t feel like my birthday at all. The good news is that before the day ended we were headed down to wait for my new niece to be born, she was born early Tuesday morning at 4:12am. We were up all night and though it was a happy occasion I didn&#8217;t get a workout in Tuesday either. </p>
<p>The good news is the last two days and hopefully today I have gotten 40 minuets in on my <a href="http://www.step360.com/">Step360</a>. I still love this program because I can do so many different things with it. So far it&#8217;s the only thing I have found that works so well. Though my Belly Dancing DVD is a close second. I&#8217;m thinking I may do both and switch it up a little bit.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today is the last day of 2010, one year ago I set out to lose 100 pounds as a start to my weight loss goal of 150 pounds. I did not make it, I didn&#8217;t even come close to making it. I had life get in the way and though I tried 2010 was not the year for me to lose my weight.</p>
<p>I have however lost some, learned a lot and am ready to try again&#8230; Yes that&#8217;s right I&#8217;m going to try again. I reset my goal in July, but I have decided after looking at what is in my healthy weight range to try yet again to lose 100 pounds in a year. My healthy weight at 5&#8217;6 is between 125 and 152 pounds. I don&#8217;t think with my bone structure that 125 could ever look good so I am aiming for 150 and going from there.</p>
<p>This year taught me to tell my friends NO and to make sure I always could get home so I could eat healthy, my friends don&#8217;t eat well at all and it&#8217;s hard to be around people who can just eat and eat and eat and never gain weight or at least if they do they look better not fat like I do.</p>
<p>I have also learned exercise can be fun, a lot of hard work and rewarding. I have found something that works for me now workout wise and I&#8217;m looking forward to doing more reviews so you also can learn and grow in your fitness.</p>
<p>Okay so I&#8217;m sure your wondering what my weight is this week and how that plays into next year. Well here it is a long with where I was a year ago.</p>
<p>Me one year ago</p>

Hips – 54<br />
Neck – 15<br />
Thigh – 27<br />
Upper Arm – 16<br />
Calf – 18<br />
Waist to Hip Ratio – 0.81</p>
<p>Current Stats</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Weight 253</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Waist &#8211; 43</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Hips &#8211; 51.5</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Neck &#8211; 14.5</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Thigh &#8211; 25</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Calf &#8211; 18</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Waist to Hip Ratio &#8211; .8</p>
<p>Overall weight lost this year 18 pounds.</p>
<p>As you can see some things changed while others stayed the same. I did lose some inches, though most of this weight loss was during the last 2 months. I&#8217;m still proud of myself as it has been over 7 years since I was at this weight. Thinking positive is the key and it&#8217;s something I need to work on.</p>
<p>Though I only lost 18 pounds from where I started I know the truth is I lost much more then that probably around 30 or 40. I kept bouncing up and down because of my lack of control. This year though my goal is to keep control of my diet and exercise so that I can become the women I want to be, not the one I am now.</p>
<p>My weight today: 253</p>
<p>My goal for next week: 250</p>
<p>My goal for December 31st 2011: 150</p>

<p>My current Weight- 255<br />
Next weeks Goal- 253</p>
<p>I met my goal and I&#8217;m really happy about that, 2 more pounds to go next week!</p>
